22 police officers arrested over alleged coup involvement in Çankırı

A Turkish court ruled for the arrest of a total of 22 police officers on Tuesday over alleged links to the Gülen movement, the pro-gov’t Sabah daily has reported.

According to the report, 23 police officers were detained on Feb. 16 in simultaneous raids across Çankırı. Of those, 22 were sent to jail on early on Tuesday.
