Gülen mov’t now accused of causing military aircraft crashes in Turkey

In the latest of what many calls scapegoating for its own negligence, the government now accuses the Gülen movement of having caused 9 accidents that involved F-16 and 4 aircrafts in the past two years.

Removals of talented pilots from within military and FETÖ’s ensuing infiltration has increased the occurrence of crashes, said a recent report that Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office attached to its investigation into the movement.

According to Habertürk daily, lack of experience of the movement-affiliated trainers and pilots are allegedly among the reasons for the increasing number of crashes.
